No Fault and Personal Injury

Now Accepting Personal Injury and No Fault cases.

After any sort of accident, the last thing we want to do is hunt through search results, looking for anyone willing to help. Let us be clear, we are here to help, full stop. Our mission is patient care first, dealing with paperwork last, and in-between we try to fill with healing.

Rest-assured, we’ll do the legwork and worrying, while you do the healing.

Doctor Sara has over 10 years of experience dealing with Insurance Companies and paperwork, and Adam has 17 years experience dealing with her being stressed out, and providing back-rubs and coffee breaks; We’ll take care of all the frustrating stuff. We know how to get the paperwork through, and from your end it’ll look the same as any of our other new-patient care — easy, and as low-stress as we can make it.

Unfortunately we might have to ask for information pertaining to your case, but don’t fret, it’s usually less than you expect. A Claim number and the insurance carrier are usually enough to get us started.

If for some reason we can’t get paid, we won’t hold you liable for the difference.

Please, if you’re experiencing pain and hesitating because you think it might be too much with everything else going on, don’t. We’re here to help you, and we provide a number of options to make scheduling your appointment as easy as possible.

You can make an appointment online though our portal or you can call or text us at 585-544-0959.

Coronavirus – Enriching Activities for you and your Kids

Guest Post from Adam Blonsky, activity extraordinaire.

This kitty looks unhappy to be stuck inside.

Well it looks like it’s happening. Many Rochester area schools are closing and the kids will be home probably more than we all would like. I’ve been a stay at home dad for the last five years since our little dude Gaius was born, so I’m a bit of an expert in finding things to do with him to keep him from tearing the house apart with all his energy.

Coronavirus, Beating the Stress

I think we’re all anxious about this Covid-19 thing, and that’s understandable, but it’s important that we manage our stress, and expectations.

Rochester Coronavirus and Our Plan

Well it’s here. Rochester has its first cases of Covid-19, and it is time to make our plans. Anyone who has been to the grocery stores knows that this is turning into a big deal, but it doesn’t have to be alarming.

We’ve thought long and hard about what our response should be, if any. We already work hard to ensure any surfaces a patient touches are sanitized in-between visits, but we will be taking extra precautions to keep our office disinfected. We never overbook, to prevent any mistakes and to give everyone time to be safe and comfortable, and now with the virus here we’re going to be extra cautious.

Balancing Wellness For You And Your Family

Our son Gaius hanging out in our treatment room.

It’s hard to balance your time between your family’s health, and your own. Often you find yourself prioritizing things in that order: them, then you. I understand completely, but we’ve all heard that self care is important.

Back in Western NY

Living in Brooklyn for four and a half years we had the opportunity to visit some of the most popular tourist destinations in the country — Times Square, Central Park, the Museum of Natural history. We loved visiting these places, but after awhile they became less special, and more an opportunity to stay active and healthy.

Neck Pain

Have you ever woken up with a stiff neck or pain in your neck when you try to move your head? Or tweaked your neck from turning too fast or exercising? Everyone has but most of the time it goes away after a few minutes and we forget about it. It is often the result of sleeping in the wrong position or in a place we are not used to sleeping.

Low Back Pain

When it comes to back pain, lower back aches are one of the most common complaints I hear; It can effect your day by making it difficult to work, take care of family, or even get the rest you need.  Luckily, there are ways to relieve, to reduce, and to take control of the pain yourself without having to resort to medication. While (obviously) I think it’s worth seeing a chiropractor for low back pain, here are some strategies you can employ yourself!

Sciatica or sciatic nerve pain is when something puts pressure on the sciatic nerve, and causes it to pinch, causing pain or even numbness and tingling. This can happen quickly and sometimes without a known event being the cause.

It can be scary if you’ve never felt anything like it before but rest assured it is both common and treatable!

Migraines can present in many different ways; so many, that it can sometimes be hard to know if what you are feeling is a migraine at all. They may present as intense pain behind your eyes, or pain in your temples, or you can even see spots in your vision; it’s not uncommon for them to cause nausea and vomiting. Regardless of how they present, they’re never fun and can be hard to get rid of once they start. There are a few things you can try at home when you feel a migraine coming on, but everyone’s migraines are different, and it can be hard to know what will work for you.
